It's obvious to me which agency has superior upper management. And it aint NJT!

Although some people were pillorying (LIRR chief) Helena Williams for her dogged investigations into the retirement disability fraud.

That investigation is continuing, and many people have voluntarily agreed to pay back the unwarranted monthly payments and just take what they earned. The clear expectation is that more people will be arrested, and some will probably go to jail.
