What happened to Crescent #19 at Lynchburg?

Left Charlottesville Sun night at 9:10 (18" LT) but did not leave Lynchburg until 11:28 (1'22" LT). Was in LYH 70 min. Whatever the problem was, it may have been fixed as the train was only 42" down leaving Greenville this morning.

Eng 23 reported flat spots, took NS car foreman a half hour to inspect and determine it was okay to go.
