We're about an hour from Portland. Expect to be ontime. Very good trip. No complaints. Found out I will have the same dining car staff for my return on the 11th. Everything went very fine at Portland Union Station. Great baggage service and very helpful people.

The service in Portland is top notch with the exception of one Metro Lounge attendant. They go above and beyond everytime. Super service all around.

When my son and train grandson took the Chicago-Portland trip they had nothing but praise for the operation itself and the on-board crew!

Agreed. That Metro Lounge guy is something else! Talk about grumpy!!
