Anticipated FY 2013 Accomplishments

. Reducing the grade crossing incident rate from 3.300 to 3.100

. Reducing the human factor caused train accident rate from 1.200 to 1.100


Anyone see the chart for Total Rail Accidents and Incidents Goals and
Actuals Fiscal Years 2008 to 2014?

The goal is to increase the downward trend, lol. Sounds like a perfect
government goal - set low standards and ask for huge funding increases
to attain them.
