... Our Hearts a'Thumpin' & You; a Brown-Eyed Girl," Van Morrison famously sang. Not a "Brown-Eyed Girl," but rather the brown and orange "Pullman Service" equipment on the rear of Amtrak Train #58, drifts down off the St. Charles Air Line this morning at "MH" Tower, with the upper reaches of Chicago's skyline a mile away completely shrouded in the early mist. Along with Presley the Tower Cat, Train #58 is typically my "alarm clock," and this morning it arrived right on time.
