Passenger Trains > Amfleet on Amtrak #6(05)

For some reason there is an Amfleet car on the eastbound California Zephyr heading to Chicago today. I got a couple pictures of #6 at Agency, Iowa. As of this writing, #6 just left Burlington, Iowa running an hour and fourteen minutes late. The Amfleet is AMTK 43378.

Except 43378 wasn't on the train of eight Amfleets sent to Pueblo for the ACS-64 testing.

Either way - didn't last long before the "Northeast Regional" cafe cars made their way outside of the Northeast......referring to the livery and name on outside of car.

Was backup in Oakland for comet service. Must have enough cafes now if the service ever starts, as this car came all the way from West Oakland.
