#6 - 41 mins late. Service Disruption indicated. Detour Salt Lake City to Denver
#8 – 50 mins late.
#22 - 19 mins early.
#29 - 9 mins late.
#49 - 20 mins late.
#51 - 23 mins early.
#58 - 18 mins early.

Not quite all, but the last two Sunday departures out of Seattle were delayed enroute only 29 and 50 minutes, respectively.
The four Friday departures during September were only delayed a total of 1:59 enroute, just under 30 minutes per train.
It really depends on when the track gangs are scheduled to work (gang schedules for the upcoming week are available on the BNSF customer website).
