OTOH, this shows one of the more frustrating aspects of Amtrak. Lots of quality, well trained people, working alongside a few of lesser quality (in training, temperament, ambition, self-starting, etc.). And...I still attribute this to a fundamental lack of leadership. Kudos to Jeanine!!!
