Passenger Trains > Another e-ticketing glitch

Used the Android version of the Amtrak app to buy a ticket for a Capitol Corridor train and all went well until I had to enter my credit card information. My card expires in February and went I went to the dropdown list for expiration month, no February! Hmm, do I select "none" or a different month? Tried January and my card was declined. At least I had another card to use that expires on a month other than February. Anyone else run into this glitch on a different version of the app?

Might have been a transient glitch. I'll let everyone know what I hear.

Funny, I had no problems with the Amtrak App for my iPhone this last weekend.
Brought tickets for two trains with no problems.

Reported by Marketing to the person responsible for mobile apps...

No further word.

An Amtrak rep who participates at a travel site reported that this is a known bug that will be addressed with the next update. The report at that site was that there was no February, but two March's. Tapping the first "March" entered "February."

Thanks. I got a "known bug" message, last thing the Marketing guy sent off
before leaving work (a few minutes after 5pm...and he commutes by train); but
he did not provide details.

UPDATE:

An internal message has been put out to call centers in case they get any calls.
So now, they'll be aware of the glitch (would have been nice in the first place,
but it seems as though the computer people aren't talking about it).

The glitch is Android only.

iPhone shows "February" correctly.
