Passenger Trains > Elizabeth NJ : NEC railfan apartment?

Sharing the parking lot of the part-time North Elizabeth train station, west side of the tracks.

One drawback. When Acela motors laid on the horn, several cars in the parking lot had their motion detector screeching alarms set off. Happened a few times, it would probably be annoying after a while.

No idea whether this is a rental or condo, etc. Will look into that.

I haven't seen pricing, but that seems like a good range.

Amazing to me, they're still working on this project. I have no idea of when it will be ready. Many specialists (sheet rock, electricians etc) were there earlier this week, and there's still an underground garage to be constructed.
