Passenger Trains > Metro Light RailDate: 11/19/14 21:53 Metro Light Rail Author: Roadrailer After arriving St. Paul Union Depot on the Empire Builder, I was still required to travel across town to get to my destination.
This task was accomplished quite easily with the recently completed Green Line from the depot to downtown Minneapolis and transferring to the Blue Line. Here northbound Blue Line train is about to depart while the southbound version arrive at the Downtown East station under the Minneapolis skyline. And the nearby BWI Amtrak station is served by Amtrak regionals and Marc commuter trains. From there it's a short shuttle ride to the terminal.
