 I noticed today  #4  arrival into Kansas City  had about  nine minutes to transfer  people to St . Louis connection. Anyone there see it happen?   Hopefully  they did not  run away  with the St. Louis train and leave the connects to wait until afternoon train. This connection has been tight lately, and  will be until trackwork complete in Cokorado/Kansas.  Thanks

That is no longer a valid connection, unfortunately. Some people probably made it as in the past
but they are not supposed to be ticketed for 314 unless they booked it separately.
Due to many misses, Amtrak broke the connection ( again ) for reservation purposes some 
time ago. I'm pretty sure anyone holding a ticket for 316 would be welcomed on 314.

There have been several times when #314 has been held briefly for a late running #4 even recently.
