That's the place where they are seeking permission to expand spur tracks to handle up to five 80-car tank trains per week. The enviornmental documents have been finished and amended, and the ball is in the SLO County Planning Commission's court. It has been for a while now. They were supposed to decide in February. Now it's May and its still not on the agenda yet.
