Late Florida trains

Poor old train 91.For the past two days it has lost over two hours between
Alexandria and Richmond.This distance is double track.What is the problem?

CSX is the problem.  I know: it's general, but this IS trackwork season.  Could be that, account single-tracking?

Must be the timing.Usually 97 is not running that late
and they are on the same track.

Same delays for Auto Train 53, running about same time of day.

97 is over the line before the MoW crews begin their day.

I don't know the exact cause, but a lot of track work is going on (T&S and crossing replacement), with high temperatures, and the triple track project between Fredericksburg and Olive (Crossroads).
