7:18 p.m. On the Dunsmuir camera, just arriving. The Pony, Plaza Santa Fe, and other private varnish. Looking good. Charter train of some sort.

Today was my first time in the Pony Express..great experience and finally met Stan! Good times. Awesome seeing so many railfan friends trackside too.

We had a great trip despite the unfortunate delays.

My deepest sympathies to the family that lost their daughter in the river at Sims Flat/

A  delay to our train is insignificant compared to this family's loss.
