Amtrak #5 (20) service disruption in Ottumwa, IA

Weather issues affecting track/trains on the BNSF west of Ottumwa, Iowa has prevented Amtrak from getting any farther than the Ottumwa station this evening. The train's been sitting in the station for almost 3 hours now as a BNSF freight inches its way east.
