Here are some photos from yesterday's Niles Canyon Railway "Beer on the Rails" special lead by ex-WP F7 918-D from Niles to just south of Verona Road in Pleasanton, CA.

And now a message from yours truly (one half of the kitchen crew; my wife Laura is the other half):  Fare includes a nice lunch: Top-quality Polish sausage on a good bun, exceptionally tasty coleslaw made with shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, California raisins, and dried cranberries; potato salad, Claussen's dill pickles, and pretzels.  Folks really enjoyed the trip yesterday.  Hope to see you on the 18th!
