Passenger Trains > A Few Metra F59 shots

2 of Metra's 3 second-hand F59PHs (97-99) have been showing up on the Milwaukee West line from time to time as Western Avenue works out the bugs. 98 has yet to take even a test run, but the 97 and the 99 have been entertraining me over the last few weeks. Here is a quick sampling of these Metra oddballs...

1-Inbound Metra 2246 with MP36 403 holds in the depot at Bensenville as express train 2237 thunders westward with F59PH 97 leading F40PH 216. 7/22/2016.
2-Metra F59PH 99 rolls express train 2237 through Bensenville on a scorching hot evening in a view from my deck. (99 has white air-conditioners on the roof). 7/21/2016.
3-Metra F59PH 97 rolls express train 2237 through Bensenville on a scorching hot evening in a view from my deck. (97 has orange air-conditioners on the roof). 7/7/2016.

Playing with the tilt shift I see. I must say, I like it! =)

Thanks for posting the photos.  Pairing 97 with 216 makes an especially unusual consist, since 216 was originally an Amtrak unit.

Not quite tilt shift (though I do see what you're saying). It's a long-exposure pan following the train.
