Wind Damage to Chicago Racine L Walkway

Looks like Chicago-Racine L walkway was damaged by high winds in Chicago. There is arcing on the third rail due to debris. Note: Not due to lightning. Image via Twitter. See also radar from that time.

The thunderstorms both today and yesterday had some tremendously loud thunder.
