Quick Washington DC question

Mrs Pennsy and I are visiting Washington, and have a flight home tomorrow afternoon. Does Union Station have any place where we could stash the suitcases for a while before we catch the train back to BWI to fly home?

There is bag check at Gate A.  It is not free.
