#11 Having Problems?

Looks like #11 has lost two hours between SAC and MTZ.  Problems with the weather?  If so, I'm not surprised.

When I rode a Capitol to Davis a few days ago, there was a fair amount of rocking and rolling going through the marshes east of Benecia.  Water was right up to the ballast in a lot of places. No apparent slow order at that time, but with more water problems would not surprise me.

Power line are down on the Martinez sub with portable generations at every road crossing.

That must have been fun flagging every crossing.  I used to work 11/14 on Sunday's.  Would have been me suffering through it all.  Good to be retired.
