Key phrase in one of the stories describing problems around the Gateway Center's prospects for becoming a fun place to go is "because of Utah's restrictive liquor laws". Sounds like it hasn't changed much since I lived there.

But I noticed today more apartments being built behind the Gateway so that might help increase their traffic.
