Amtrak signal problem/congestion back to normal

NJ TRANSIT trains traveling between Newark and New York Penn Station only are now on/close to schedule w/residual delays following earlier Amtrak signal problem/congestion in the tunnel. RVL is now operating on or close to schedule.

That explains on why 79 was delayed today !
