Here are a couple of crew members of a National Park Scenic train greeting those standing along the tracks in Peninsula.
Date: 05/22/17 03:50 Re: Waving From a Train Author: SDP40F600 Waving at and from trains is a long-standing practice that is about as American as apple pie. It is not just crew members who wave at those trackside. The passengers sometimes get into the act. In the top photograph a man waves from lounge-observation car Saint Lucie Sound, a former Florida East Coast car. In the other image children look out the window at the station site in Peninsula.
