Yep, hire an "expert" who's got a college education and not much on railroad experience and here we go!

I'd vote for Wick Moorman. I hear he has railroad experience and I believe lives in Charlottesville now. Everyone needs to stay active in retirement and would probably be more satisfying than his present retirement job.

Did you bother to read the job announcement? There are significant other requirements in addition to college education.
