Am I missing something or does have a special move for a single car delivery seem expensive? Or is the manufacturer picking up the tab as a concession to the lateness of delivery?

What?

No wisecracks about ongoing AC problems with the cars already delivered?

I'm waiting to see when the new diners begin a regular cycle with Crescent. That's a good indicator they're ready for system-wide service. They've been limited to 97/98. so far.

Is this the first "one off" diner, or was Albany a one off delivery, too?

Thanks for the great pictures!

Albany never came out on its own, but it never had another diner. It came with sleeper 62500 Portage River and a dorm both times it was delivered. (The dorm was 69000 the first time, 69001 the second.)

There is not much difference in the food between the Amfleet-2 dinette and a real diner. Diners use microwaves too.
