I clicked on the link in the thread, it shows a GO (Canada) locomotive. But one with what appears to be 2 node genset. What is that about?

MP40?!?

You mean the locomotive gained another 400hp?!? Sweet!!!

It still seems to be something that is all bark and no bite. From what I've heard from my friends at Metrolink in LA.

Metrolinx (with an "X") is not the Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) which does business as "Metrolink" and has reporting marks of SCAX

Metrolinx (with an "X") is a Crown (that of Her Britannic Majesty in Canada) agency that handles transportation (roads and rail) in the Greater Toronto Area (including Hamilton and the Presto Card which is now also used in Ottawa). This includes GO Transit

The reporting marks of GO Transit are "GOT"
