I had looked forward to this year's 40th Winterail for some time with anticipation and it was everything that I had come to expect from this annual event. From the Friday night slide shows with their varied subjects to the swap meet with vendors and historical societies, to the actual Winterail shows, everything was excellent and there were some stand-out presentations. Vic and his Roadies did a great job with the whole event.

I had fun on our driving trip from Portland to Corvallis with the visits to various existing and former stations, as well as covered bridges, then the drive from Corvallis to Banks, Astoria and St. Helens. A fantastic beginning and ending to the Winterail weekend.
