Someone didn't think this one through.Fresh yellow paint on the platform edge at 09.30 ,just in time for the morning rush.....

They didn't want to pay overtime to have it done between midnight and 6 am.

That is nothing new. Los Angeles County dept of Public Works always closes a lane on major roads for 2 hours to do alsphalt patch work, exactly during rush hour.

Saw exactly the same thing done mid-say in Delhi's main station. On the same platform where our train was boarding. Lots of foot prints within minutes. So what does that tell you about how things are being done here. Following the Indian example can never be good.
