Passenger Trains > Train 6 of 5 DP GBB 1231 CT -25 hours Late

Heads UP ChicagoLand
Just saw Train 6 of 5 with TWO amtrak P42 depart GBB  Galesburg IL at 1231 CT.
Train 6 of 5 arrived GBB at 1227 CT.
This is SAT train 6 that was scheduled into CHiago Sat 7 July 2018.

Looks like something happened (or didn't happen) between Ft. Morgan and McCook. The train was already some 11+ hours late pulling into FMG.

Super late trian 6 of 5 Grabbed unit AMTK 12 someplace East of Fort Morgan CO .
I wonder WHERE the AMTK 12 unit was added to head end of 6--5 at ????
was AMTK 12 unit donated from train 5 of 7th to trian 6 of 5 ????

I wanted to be Sure Chicago area people saw this depart time.
Train 6 of  5 is OFF the Amtrak Live Map since Denver CO.
Very  Very difficult to get timely position reports on this trian.
Thankfully trian 6 of 5 is BEHIND train 4 of 6 form GBB into CHI Chicagoland.
You can use train 4 of 6 for basic tracking on this segment.

superr late 6 of 5 just passed MH towre Chicago IL at 1510.
THe very very  long journey is over.
ONe wonders Wher Train 5 of 8th is ??? AMtrak status thinks it SI spposd to run--supposedly.
Train 3 of 8 just met 6 of 5 at mh tower curve . Train 3 has normal consist by MH tower 1513 CT.
Trian 5 of 8 and Train 6 of 6 Still Yet to pass MH Tower as I post this at 1514 CT  sunday  JUL -8 of 2018

Another very LONG Superliner (seemed that there could have been 2 trainsets) went through Downers Grove Main Street at 1539.  Not sure if it was CZ or SWC.

Watching on Dixieland, 6 (6) was following behind 6 (5) by about 45 minutes.

Glad both trains made of the entire way.
