Probably the most since I moved here in 2004. (paso robles, coast sub). And UP dispatchers are now actively getting UP trains and maintenance crews out of the way of the starlights. No more delays for local freights and non-revenue repo trains. There hasnt been an amtrak meet on the TWC track between 113.1 and 233.1 for months now. (OK i cuda missed a day or 2). I guess someone found out about the last snafu, whene 14 was unecessarily delayed for 45 min.
