Passenger Trains > Capitol Limited train 30 (08) late

Train 30 was running about a half hour late at Toledo last night, then lost two hours between there and Sandusky.  It maintained about 2.5 hours late until leaving Connelsville, then encountered single tracking on CSX through Cumberland.  I went to the Cumberland station to photograph it and saw an eastbound loaded auto rack at 11:13, westbound coal empty at 12:01, eastbound coal load at 12:21, and eastbound double stack at 12:50.  The Capitol came in 3:40 late at 1:00 with AMTK 202 and 135.
