Travel AlertsAug 11, 2018 06:04:35 PM During today's flash flooding in NYC, area in & around Penn Station New York received an influx of water. As a result, NJT 7th Ave Concourse received substantial damage to the ceiling and entrance to the concourse. Until further notice, the area is closed, as crews work to repair the damaged areas. In addition to the damage, the platform entrance to the NJT escalator for track 7/8 was flooded and will be reopened as soon as possible.
