BNSF OCS or Engineering train westbound through Cable

A westbound three car OCS just went through Cable on the Tehachapi line about 1/2 hour ago. Did not record loco number.Heads up San Joaquin Valley Line!

What's with the first two cars?  First one almost looks like it has a NJ Transit "Disco" stripe...
