Canadian Thanksgiving Question

First of all, after having learned that it was Thanksgiving yesterday in the provinces, I want to wish our Canadian forum members a Happy Thanksgiving.
And now, for my question - how much holiday overflow business is there in the VIA corridors and do the OCEAN or CANADIAN run any extra cars?  Would there every be an extra section or a train with more than ten cars on the Montreal-Toronto-Windsor corridor?
