Passenger Trains > Amtrak 364(11)Date: 12/11/18 15:25 Amtrak 364(11) Author: PC1974 Involved in accident on the Lakefront just east of CP 506 on Main 1. Amtrak Police are responding.. Stuck a vehicle at 117th Street in Whiting. Just another Service Eruption.

Location is east of the Hammond-Whiting Amtrak station, just where the line reaches the former New York Central alignment after curving north from the former PRR tracks.
