48 daylight run

Amtrak 48 is a daylight run running several hours late due to frozen conditions in chicago.

Cleared Port Clinton, Ohio at 0955 with 85 and 23 as the power and standard consist with a new diner.

Heads up east of me.

Hopefully they put some extra box meals onboard.........The Amfleet cafe/Diner Lite will likely be selling out. Maybe a dinner stop in Syracuse or upstate NY somewhere?

projected to arrive just after 10pm  ...they have already made up over an hour and with the padding into and at Albany that seems reasonable
