Some kind of coincidence?

Today as I checked my pictures and found out that the east and west bound Pennsylvanians this year and last year were led by the same engines!
What are the chances!
1. April 11, 2017 no. 42 with engine 116.
2. April 11, 2018 no. 42 with engine 116.
3. April 11, 2017 no. 43 with engine 86.

Definitely buy a lottery ticket, but the Pennsylvanians also have a specific pool of P42s allocated to them.
