One Google Earth There's a single-level car coupled to a Caltrain car at the left end of the building that looks like it may be a test car of some sort. Is that what it is?
BTW, Google CEMOF on Google Earth for a great view of the facility!

I think it was a SPV car once belonging to FRA, now to Caltrain.
