Another "coincidence" with Amtrak no. 43 the westbound Pennsylvanian as it had engine no. 99 on this day in 2016 and today. 

To the person who complained about engine no. 86 getting a penalty at 77 mph on the Crescent. Yesterday according the 
Transitdocs website; it got up to speeds over 100 mph on the Keystone corridor. 

1. April 18, 2016; Amtrak no. 43 with P42DC no. 99. 
2. No. 43 approaches with the I81 bridge and NS train 21M in the background. 
3. Today; no. 43 with P42DC no. 99 at Lucknow Road.
