Passenger Trains > Now here's something you dont see every day (Coast Line)

A few days ago I heard that Amtk 11 was delayed for about an hour in Paso Robles, CA on the coast line,
I was out of town, so just assumed it was the usual kind of thing...passenger problem of some sort....

Went I got home today, I discovered Amtk P42  #12 sitting by itself on the Paso Robles passing siding,  This is a pretty small town, and any power laid up here is pretty unusual.    SO obviously, #12 had some kind of mechanical issue, and today was Amtk pick up the power day in Paso.

Both pix show amtk P42 #12 on the passing sioding, and  Train Amtk 11 at the Paso Robles station, waiting for the extra unit to be coupled on the front of the train
