The Southwest Chief does not so much “arrive” at Winslow as it “glides” into Winslow. Here it is, gliding in at sunset last week.

This is about the only thing in Winslow other than the La Posada (retored former Harvey House hotel).  Cool but bedraggled town.  Your pics are great by the way.  When I saw the SWC a few times while staying at La Posada in December 2016 it handled anywhere from 0 and 3 passengers at Winslow.
