Man Struck By Train Was Facing Criminal Charges

Following up on the man killed earlier this week on the SMART tracks north of Rohnert Park, the local paper reports he was facing criminal charges for alleged sexual abuse.

The community is better off without him. Too bad he choose a way that affected others to end his miserable life.

Prior thread about this longtime dirtbag was apparently deleted.

The allegations were of sexual abuse of children entrusted to his care.

I actually held off for about 12 hours, until knowing what was being publicly released about him. But the thread disappeared anyway.
