Date: 08/07/19 15:39 Re: (SF) Caltrain Electrification Faces Two Year Delay Author: ChrisCampi So someone thinks Caltrain is two years behind schedule, but they don't know why and the need another "report" to find the cause of the delay.

Seems the contractors are having problems meeting the deadlines. Otherwise, talking heads were "defending" the project that transparency is needed (implying this report was one such action) to make sure the project doesn't lose credibility. Better admit that it's running late now than later? Date: 08/07/19 17:16 Re: (SF) Caltrain Electrification Faces Two Year Delay Author: Ray_Murphy LAWS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
