Trip operates Huntington WV to Hinton for annual Railroad Days, and return.

Three dates: Fri/Sat/Sun October 25, 26, 27.

Looks to me like Columbus OH, Cincinnati OH and Lexington are not much different
in distance and it may boil down to what airfare you can get, and the cost of a rental car to
drive to Huntington WV.

Nonstop service from the Bay Area is to Cincinnati only (actually Covington KY);
the others require a change of plane.

Huntington has an airport with airline service- HTS (Huntington Tri-State)

For a non-stop, closest airport is probably Columbus, Ohio, CMH.

Amtrak goes to Huntington too.
