Tuesday was a bad day for the AV line.
Train 208 at 8:25 hit a woman in Sylmar and was killed and wearing earphones.

Train 216 hit a SUV around 2:00 around Granada Hills. Driver was hospitalized and passenger ran away.

Canceled trains and bus bridges all day long into the evening.

Shooting at the sheriffs parking lot from a apartment building.

Glad I moved when I did, it's sad when I hear bad things like this from where I lived most of my life at!

No, that's the San Joaquin between Corcoran and Stockton!

"Some people" call the Antelope Valley Line the Felony Flyer.

Doesn't surprise me, I remember one morning a train was delayed in Lancaster and saw a conductor and 2 cops come onto the car I was in and escort a person off the train which delayed the train for like 20 minutes!

You can see that on ANY Metrolink train. That's what they do when they catch someone riding without a ticket. That and give them a ticket.

There'a a higher probability of it happening on some trains/routes/cities/stations.

Palmdale, Lancaster & most of the low-income high desert is pretty nasty.

The removal of any non-paying passenger from any train sends a good strong message to other passengers.  PAY your fare.

It also avoids a host of other problems, when passengers see that the train crew did not care about collecting fares.

I saw a guy get written up for non-payment on a Tri-Rail train last year, but it was just a citation - they didn't detain him.

You are not familiar with " low-income high desert?  (Destination of the "Felony Flyer"). It exists.

Lots of data out there- crime, income, health, education, demographics, etc.

Facts. Nothing to do with "judgement", whatever that means.

Los Angeles Union Station = Los Angeles County Men's Central Jail, Los Angeles County Twin Towers Jail.
Matter of fact the trains circle around these jails.
So does that make all Metrolink and Amtrak trains that use Union Station Felony Flyers?

Lots of data that shows a lot more about the Antelope Valley than just the negative stuff you seem to enjoy posting.

Of course, you also didn't bother to mention that data shows that the bad parts of the Antelope Valley are no worse than the bad parts of the City of Los Angeles, Santa Ana, South Gate, La Puente, Long Beach, Anaheim, Rowland Heights, Riverside, San Bernardino, etc and so on.
