RDC Snow Scenes in the 1970's

Reading Company Budd RDC cars on the Bethlehem Branch. First image northbound to Bethlehem at Washington Ave, Telford, Pa
Second the Lansdale - Quakeretown shuttle toward the end iof service at Telford Statio.
 Last image bound for Philadelphia through the cut in Souderton, Pa.

#3 looks extra cold. I see a slight disadvantage to a straight,flat front. Great photos.

brrrrrr ... but those RDCs were(are) such great workhorses, in all kinds of weather.  Crossed the Berkshires in all kinds of storms on them and they never missed a mile.
