Passenger Trains > what's old is new againDate: 11/28/19 07:20 what's old is new again Author: dan The BNSF snow coaches are almost ready, guess they will travel with their own power cars, was wondering if they were going to get their own power units internally, and since they will have baggage power cars room for some stuff .

Did BNSF have these in their inventory already, or were they purchased from Amtrak? Since they are "snow coaches" can BNSF operate them as "summer excursion coaches" too?

And i had to listen to all the UP lovers tell me that their single caboose snow trains were ample and as good as could be expected. Nope. UP is just dumb when it comes to day-to-day operations.
