Meanwhile, in the Florida pedestrian strike department, the latest one on Brightline was a trespasser within yards of a protected crossing, walking in the gauge as if it were a sidewalk.

There is NO helping some people.

The conference announcing the grant mentioned that changing driver and pedestrian behavior is a big problem.
