I didn't know this may have been a fixture on the Pennsylvanian at one time..... Thought the MHC and M&E was only being hauled via the Broadway Limited at this time. Curious as to where this car would have been picked up and dropped, or interchanged. Did it just go to Pittsburgh, or was it interchanged with the Capitol Limited at Pittsburgh......If the later, why not just send it via the Broadway Limited, unless it was bound for an intermediate interchange east of Chicago.......

Here's a link to that thread stating when baggage cars were previously assigned to the Pennsylvanian along with the low-resolution photo.
